Hwy 92 reopens after several fallen trees block roadway

SAN MATEO COUNTY (KRON) — Highway 92 just east of Half Moon Bay is now open in both directions Monday morning after multiple fallen trees blocked the roadway, according to California Highway Patrol.

CHP reported all lanes were blocked at Hwy 35 near Skyline Boulevard around 10:50 p.m. Sunday night and a Sig-alert was issued.

Hwy 92 at Hwy 1 was also blocked, but is now open.

At least three or four trees fell onto the highway.

No injuries or damaged cars were reported due to the fallen trees.

Caltrans worked to remove the trees and help divert traffic.
