Wet weather causes damage, commute issues in the East Bay

EAST BAY (KRON) — KRON 4’s Jackie Sissel was in the East Bay on Monday morning to take a look at some storm damage and how the commute was like on a work day despite wet conditions.

The commute on Pleasant Hill is considered one of the worst in the Bay Area and the rain did not make it any easier. Wet and slippery rounds on the freeway caused issues for drivers.

In other parts of the East Bay, there were car crashes and other usual incidents due to the rain.

Sissel’s full report is located in the video above.
