SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco police have arrested a man Wednesday for eight car burglaries, according to Ofc. Albie Esparaza.
Thirty-one-year-old Kristen “Jason” Bell has been charged with car burglary, possession of stolen property, and having tools used to break into cars.
Police said they made the arrest based on several leads. After gathering enough evidence over the course of several days, police obtained a search warrant to get into Bell’s home.
From the search, they found more evidence tying him to the case.
Bell was arrested on March 8.
He was charged with nine counts of auto burglary, four counts of possession of stolen property, and five counts of possession of tools used to commit burglaries.
