DALY CITY (BCN) — Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying two people who were “shoulder surfing” at an ATM in Daly City in March.
Around 6:30 p.m. on March 18, the suspects withdrew cash from a victim’s bank accounts after she failed to close her account information when she completed her transaction, police said.
According to police, the first suspect is described as a black woman in her late 30s who is around 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs around 170 pounds.
Police described the second suspect as a male with facial hair.
