VACAVILLE (KRON) — KRON’s Stanley Roberts is giving you an inside look at a growing problem in California prisons.

The crime carries up to $5,000 in fines for visitors, contractors, and employees.

And inmates risk 90 days tacked onto their sentence.

Despite all that, the problem is growing.

So, the California Department of Corrections is bringing in an expert with a unique set of skills.
