CONTRA COSTA (BCN) — Another person has been arrested in connection with the death of a woman who was found buried outside an El Sobrante home last month, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office.

Andre Villedrouin, 43, was arrested in Antioch last Wednesday and has been charged with murder alongside 37-year-old El Sobrante resident Dylan Reese, who was arrested nearly a month ago.

Villedrouin was being sought by deputies for the alleged slaying of Kimberly Hoglund, a 47-year-old resident of unincorporated East Richmond Heights, according to the sheriff’s office.

Hoglund’s family reported on April 12 that she was missing and that foul play was suspected. Two days later, Reese was arrested in connection with her disappearance.

After an investigation, Hoglund’s body was found in a shallow grave on a property on Appian Way in El Sobrante, according to the sheriff’s office.

Sheriff’s officials announced on April 21 that detectives were investigating the case as a homicide and were seeking Villedrouin.

Around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, deputies recruited the help of Antioch police to arrest Villedrouin, who was believed to have barricaded himself in the 900 block of Hawthorne Avenue, according to an Antioch police report.
