SANTA CLARA COUNTY (KRON) — KRON has now learned the name of one of the victims in a South Bay homicide case.
The Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office said Robert Harden was the person found inside a home at Redwood Estates near Los Gatos on Wednesday.
Forty-three-year-old Andre Redmon of San Francisco has been arrested in the case.
Redmon has been charged with murder, false imprisonment, kidnapping for robbery, and burglary, according to police. Redmon is the only person arrested so far in the violent confrontation.
A second person died when Redmon crashed a Toyota Prius on the Highway 17 off-ramp in Campbell about 20 miles away.
That person’s name has not been released.
It is still unclear how Redmon is linked to the victims.
Two other men were also found injured in the home. One was treated at the scene and the other was taken to a hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening, sheriff’s Sg.t James Jensen said. He did not know the nature of the injuries.
KRON’s Clemence Robineau contributed to this report.
