OKLAHOMA CITY (KRON) — The NBA has announced that Golden State Warriors Draymond Green will not be suspended for Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals against the Oklahoma City Thunder. His flagrant foul one has been upgraded to a flagrant foul two. Green has been fined $25,000 for the foul.
Green kicked Thunder center Steven Adams in the groin in Game 3 and also did the same action in Game 2. Although Green, Steve Kerr, and Stephen Curry were all vocal about the incident being natural and not on purpose, Oklahoma City disagrees.
Point guard Russell Westbrook mentioned that it happened in two games and that he believes it was intentional.
Game 4 will take place Tuesday at 6 p.m. at the Chesapeake Energy Arena.
