SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — San Francisco’s recreation and park department is upgrading many of the parks around the city.
They are adding features that will save millions of gallons of water when completed, plus beautify the park.
There is one downside–it means closing the parks during the process.
But a closed park does not mean the park is actually closed to some people.
