Warriors’ single game tickets for NBA Finals on sale

OAKLAND (KRON) — Single-game tickets for the 2016 NBA Finals will go on sale Tuesday, officials with the Golden State Warriors announced.

The Golden State Warriors advanced to the NBA Finals after winning Game 7 Monday night over the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Tickets for games 1, 2 and 5 at Oracle Arena in Oakland for the Finals will go on sale Tuesday morning starting at 10 a.m. with several exclusive presale events, before opening up to the general public at 5 p.m., according to Warriors officials.

Fans will be able to purchase single-game tickets for the team’s first three home games of the Finals exclusively online.

Golden State guard Stephan Curry, who earlier this month was named the first unanimous MVP in NBA history following a season in which Golden State had a league-record 73 wins, and team will seek to defend the Warriors’ 2014-15 championship in a rematch with the Cavaliers.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals is scheduled for 6 p.m. Thursday at Oracle Arena.
