CASCADE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — An 18-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly using his cellphone to take pictures up women’s skirts at a Grand Rapids-area Meijer.
Joshua Andrew Snow has been charged with two counts of surveilling of an unclothed person for allegedly recording images up women’s skirts at the Cascade Meijer, located at 5531 28th Street SE, on May 23 and May 26, according to the Kent County Sheriff’s Department.
During both incidents, the victim noticed what Snow was doing and confronted him. He then fled the scene.
According to probable cause documents, one of the victims told police she was with her 4-year-old and 5-year-old children when she noticed Snow walking closely behind her and pulling out a cellphone to take a picture underneath her dress.
Snow was arrested on June 1 and released on bond. His case has been bound over to Circuit Court.
