San Jose police will wear body cameras

SAN JOSE (KRON)— All San Jose police officers will start wearing body cameras on Wednesday.

The department said officers will have four hours of training with their new cameras that same day.

Officers will be wearing the “AXON Body 2” body cameras, according to police.

KRON 4 will be there when San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia and Lieutenant Elle Washburn distribute the cameras.
