CASTRO VALLEY (KRON) — Over 5,000 people were in attendance in the 32nd annual Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo this past weekend at the Rowell Ranch Rodeo.
Some of the nations most skilled, talented, and entertaining black cowboys and cowgirls all competed in the rodeo. This is America’s only touring black rodeo competition.
Families from all over the Bay Area and even further traveled to watch the showcase.
There were other festivities at the event, including different varieties of food and dancing. People of all ages were there.
