Missing man in Santa Rosa now found

Donald Speers, 73, is missing and considered at risk.

SONOMA COUNTY (KRON)—The Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office has found a man who was missing in Santa Rosa.

Donald Speers, 73, was found walking in the area of Stony Point and W. Third St.

Speers was reported missing when he was last seen around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 1700 block of Burbank Ave.

Speers is described as a white man with salt and pepper colored hair and no facial hair.

He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and blue jeans.

Speers has dementia which is why he is considered at risk.

He told people he wanted to visit Las Vegas, but does not have a way of getting there.

Deputies are looking for Speers in Burbank area and Southwest Community Park.
