Two injured in San Jose shooting near Piedmont Hills HS

SAN JOSE (KRON) — Two people were injured in a shooting Tuesday night in San Jose near Piedmont Hills High School, according to police.

Police responded to the 3200 block of Sierra Road at 10:05 p.m. on a report of someone shot, police said.

When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

A second victim arrived at the scene a short time later.

The two victims were taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for non-life threatening injuries.

The circumstances and any motives behind the shooting are unknown at this time, police said.

No arrests have been made.
