SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Shots were fired on Monday night after a hit-and-run crash in San Francisco’s Crocker Amazon neighborhood, according to police.
The victim, a 27-year-old man, was driving in the area of Hanover and Gutenberg streets around 8 p.m. when a sedan with two men inside sideswiped his vehicle and then attempted to drive away, police said.
The victim followed the vehicle into the Excelsior neighborhood, to the area of Russia Avenue and Edinburgh Street, but the passenger in the suspect vehicle then leaned out of the window and shot at him.
The shots did not hit the victim or his vehicle.
The suspects fled the area and had not been arrested as of this morning, according to police.
