Knife fight breaks out between minors at Pleasanton Taco Bell

PLEASANTON (KRON) — A minor was hospitalized and another was arrested after a knife fight broke out at a Taco Bell in Pleasanton Wednesday night, according to police.

At around 5:07 p.m., officers were notified of a fight at the fast food restaurant at 5524 Springdale Ave.

Officers found the victim suffering from stab wounds and in need of medical attention. The victim was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover.

Police determined that the suspect had fled towards the Stoneridge Apartments in the 6200 block of Stoneridge Mall Road and established a perimeter.

They found the suspect, who was also injured. The suspect was taken to juvenile hall after receiving medical treatment, according to police.

Officers said that all the involved parties have been located, but because they are minors their names will not be released.
