CONCORD (BCN) — The City of Concord has provided voters a drop-off ballot box at the city’s Civic Center, city officials said.

Voters can drop off their ballots at 1950 Parkside Drive, Wing A, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday until Election Day.

“The postage for vote-by-mail envelopes this election is 68 cents; however, the drop-off box service eliminates the need for a stamp,” Concord City Clerk Joelle Fockler said in a statement.

“In addition, city staff members will have the popular ‘I Voted’ stickers available for those who drop off their ballots,” Fockler said.

Mailed ballots must be postmarked by Nov. 8. Ballots may also be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Contra Costa Elections Office in Martinez, at 555 Escobar St., or at any other polling place on Election Day.
