PLEASANT HILL (KRON)—A man accused of stabbing two people in his Pleasant Hill apartment was arrested Sunday afternoon in Southern California, according to police.
32-year-old Mario Valencia was arrested after a brief car chase in South Gate, a city just seven miles out of Los Angeles, police said.
Valencia was on the run since 3:45 a.m. after two people were found with stab wound inside his apartment on Coggins Drive, police said.
The victims got into an fight with Valencia before the alleged stabbing.
The two people were taken to the hospital and are in critical condition.
