San Francisco police arrest male suspect involved in Bayview District homicide

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police have made an arrest for homicide that occurred in San Francisco’s Bayview District Tuesday October 25th, according to police.

On September 24th officers responded to the 1700 block of Oakdale Street in regards to a shooting, upon arrival officers discovered 19-year-old Alejandro Valle. He was found on the ground with a gunshot wound.

San Francisco Fire Department Paramedics administered aid, but Valle succumbed to his injuries at San Francisco General Hospital.

The San Francisco Homicide and Special Investigations Unit led the investigation, which later resulted to the identification of the suspect.

According to investigators, an 18-year-old resident from Millbrae was arrested in the 1200 block of El Camino Real in Millbrae.

Prior to the arrest the male suspect was 17-years-old when the crime was committed and police will not release his identity and photo.

Police said the male suspect was charged with murder and booked at the San Francisco County Jail.
