Smash Mouth and Oakland A’s in Twitter war

(KRON) Game 3 of the World Series may have been decided by former Oakland A’s outfielder Coco Crisp. But the Twitter war between the band Smash Mouth and the Oakland A’s was far more entertaining than the game.

Smash Mouth was responding to a tweet by John Shea a baseball writer for the San Francisco Chronicle. Here is what John Shea tweeted: ‏@JohnSheaHey 13h13 hours ago Coco Crisp goes from accusing A’s of benching him to prevent $13M option from vesting to hitting key RBI single for Indians in World Series.
