Family robbed at gunpoint in San Francisco home invasion

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON)—Four masked men robbed three people Friday night at a home in San Francisco’s Portola District, according to police.

It happened around 7:15 p.m. when four men with masks went into the home from the garage.

The suspects were armed with rifles and TEC-9 pistols, police said.

Two of the victims robbed were elderly.

The masked men demanded money from a 44-year-old man and dragged his 72-year-old mother down the stairs before leaving on foot with money, police said.

The 72-year-old woman was taken to the hospital and has non-life threatening injuries.

As of Monday morning, no arrests have been made.
