VALLEJO (BCN) — A three-alarm fire has displaced around 10 people from a three-story Victorian home in west Vallejo Friday morning, a Vallejo Fire Department spokesman said.
The fire at 703 Sutter St. was reported around 11:20 a.m. and was quickly upgraded to two and three alarms, firefighter and paramedic Anthony Shair-Ali said.
Four families live in the Victorian house that was converted to a multi-unit residence, Shair-Ali said.
The fire was controlled around 11:55 a.m., and firefighters expected to remain at the scene for another hour or two as of about 1 p.m., Shair-Ali said.
No injuries were reported.

The structure has been red-tagged because of fire extension into the roof, Shair-Ali said.
No other structures were damaged, and the cause and origin of the fire are under investigation.
