Assistant principal, daughter arrested for marijuana cookies

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA)- Anclote High School Assistant Principal Donna Lynch Haff was arrested Monday for having a cookie laced with marijuana oil.

Deputies say Haff and her daughter, Allison Haff, 19, got the cookie from a third-party.

Deputies say Haff was released from St. Joseph Hospital North in Tampa yesterday after overdosing on the edible marijuana product.

Haff was arrested on Monday at her home on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. The Pasco County School District has placed Haff on paid leave.

Allison Haff, 19, was also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
