LOS GATOS (KRON) — Artists are being given a chance to have their work displayed all over the city of Los Gatos.

The Utility Box Art Program is looking for environmentally-themed designs that they can turn into vinyl wraps and install on utility boxes around town, the Parks
and Public Works Department announced.

Interested artists are asked to submit an application online to be considered. The application deadline is Friday, Dec. 2.

Aside from having their artwork displayed throughout the town, selected winners will also get a $500 reward for their participation, according to town officials.

Applications are available at http://www.losgatosca.gov/utilityboxartprogram.
