Man in car exposes himself to woman in Palo Alto

PALO ALTO (KRON)—Police are looking for a man who allegedly exposed himself to a woman while he was driving in his car Wednesday morning.

It happened around 11:20 a.m. when a woman in her twenties was walking her dog on Louis Road near Oregon Expressway.

A car pulled up next to her and stopped, but the woman kept walking.

The driver then drove the car further and asked the woman how to get onto the freeway.

The woman then saw the man’s penis was exposed and he was masturbating.

The suspect then made a U-turn and left southbound on Louis Road.

The woman was able to take a picture of the man’s car with her cell phone.

Police describe the suspect as a light-skinned black or biracial man in his late twenties to mid-thirties with groomed facial hair. He also had a slim build.

The suspect was last seen wearing a gray zip-up hoodie sweatshirt with a dark beanie on his head. He had white in-ear headphones in his ears.

A man pulled up in his car next to a woman walking her dog, exposed himself, and fled. The victim was able to get a picture of the suspect’s car. The suspect remains at large.

He was driving an older maroon-colored four-door Mazda sedan with a spoiler.

Detectives are investigating the case.
