DALY CITY (KRON) — A 23-year-old woman died Saturday morning after what police believe was a domestic dispute.
Around 12:07 a.m. officers responded to an emergency call for service at 18 Fairview Avenue in Daly City, according to the Daly City Police Department.
When officers arrived, they found the young victim suffering from severe injuries, police said.
Ariana Hatami was then taken to the San Francisco General Hospital.
She did not survive her injuries.
While at the scene of the dispute, officers also found suspect Fredrick Tran.
Tran is a 23-year-old resident of San Francisco.
He was arrested at the scene, and later booked into the San Mateo County Jail for the murder of Hatami, police said.
Police did not provide any further details about the nature of Hatami’s injuries, or about the dispute itself.
