People Behaving Badly: Hands-free loophole closed, smartphone mount required

 

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Every time Stanley Roberts is out on the road, he is astonished at how many people he sees driving around with a phone in their hand.

It is like there never was a hands-free law.

Drivers might soon find out the hard way to put the phone down, since the law became even stricter at the beginning of the year.

But before anyone gets caught, KRON4’s Stanley Roberts was out trying to warn drivers.
