SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — NBA players, be aware, Zaza Pachulia has officially resigned with the champion Warriors.
His deal is for $3.5 million for the 2017-18 season, according to his agent, Mark Bartelstein.
In his first go-around in Golden State, Pachulia averaged 6.1 points and 5.9 rebounds in 18 minutes a game.
His postseason numbers were slightly under at 5.1 points and 3.8 rebounds in 14.1 minutes per contest.
At 33, the Republic of Georgia native will enter his fifteenth season in the upcoming fall.
The most memorable play for the seven-footer last year was when he contested a Kawhi Leonard jump shot that resulted in Leonard rolling the same ankle for the second time in the game and missing the rest of the Western Conference Finals, which the Warriors went on to win.
Much of Dub Nation has expressed its dissatisfaction with Pachulia over the past season.
Regardless, he will make his way back in the blue and gold alongside Stephen Curry and company in late October.
