MORGAN HILL (KRON) — A dance production worker has been arrested for inappropriately touching two girls during a performance at a high school in Morgan Hill Friday, police said.

At around 10 p.m. Friday, police say they got a call about the inappropriate touching.

Police say 36-year-old Kevin Cole touched the girls in intimate areas as they were changing their costumes backstage during their performance.

Cole was an independent contractor hired by the production company while they were using the stage at Sobrato High School for their performance. He was hired to work with sound and lightning, according to police.

Once a witness saw the incident, the production manager and several parents told Cole to immediately stop assisting with the costume changes, police said.

Cole was arrested for multiple counts of annoying or molesting a child under 18.

Police say Cole worked with the following companies: South Valley Ballet, Hip Hop Craze, Music in Motion, South Valley Dance, and the Charter School of Morgan Hill.
